Key times
Arrival by 12:00 both teams congregate on the tarmac car park between the Club House and Old pavilion. The two squads will be playing on a different fields but will direct you from the central point. First matches will start promptly at 12.30pm. Most finals are scheduled for 4pm. Presentations will take place immediately after the final near the control points.

Car parking
Marshalls will be on duty from 8am. They can accommodate around 300 vehicles. Car parking with a programme included is £7.00. There will be no access to the main tarmac car park adjacent to the club houses. This will be used by De Photos, RAM shop, Ealing club stall and hot food and refreshments provided by the Trailifinders team. Suggest you arrive early if you want a car parking space.

Kit
All players must wear Wasps FC kit (no tracksuit bottoms), must also wear mouthguard (if you hav one) and have studded boots (not blades)

Both documents are on the Ealing Trailfinders website under Minis / Festival. Festival rules are also printed in the programme with the order of play which is subject to change. The scorers will have the final order of play.

Weather
On Saturday there is a chance of rain in the afternoon so make sure players have warm dry clothing.

Food
Although there will be plenty to buy, suggest you bring your own stock as well.
