Now that we have settled into the new season we have 55 players at the U10 level which must be a record. These numbers allow us, in fact require us, to introduce a squad system so as to approach training. matches and festivals with a sense of order and purpose. The coaching team has allocated all our current players into four squads, and each of the squads have been allocated coaches to work with them. This will allows the squads to gain familiarity as matches approach as we have been advised that the competition will be improved and nothing engenders enthusiasm more than being competitive. We will revisit the make up of the squads at the beginning of December to reflect individual player's and the team's development with an eye on keeping the teams balanced.

What is most important is that the boys are here to make friends and have fun whilst playing the great game of rugby in a safe environment.

What we can ask from you is a volunteer for each squad to help in the administration of their group in this period. Please tell your coach and we will distribute all the contacts details to allow this,
