Wasps Ladies player Maud Muir has been selected for England U20s for the 19/20 season following a trial in September and appearances for England U18s in 18/19 season.

The ex back row player has recently moved position to now utilise her strength and power in the front row. After making her debut for Wasps Ladies in TP15s aged just 17 she has thrived in an elite environment.

Off field Muir achieved A, A, B in her A-levels and secured a place at Brunel University where she is on a Sports Scholarship to allow her to perform as an athlete and alongside studying.

Maud Muir's thoughts on selection, "I’m really excited to have the opportunity to develop in an environment different to club especially having just moved position. I’m really looking forward to being with a new group of girls that will hopefully become teammates that I play alongside later in the season."
