20 WAYS YOU CAN HELP MAKE IT GREAT

Dear Parents and Coaches

We are looking forward to the Under 6 Festival - Sunday 10am 29th April 2012. Many of you wonderful parents have already been asking how you can help make the first Under 6 Festival beven better. So we thought we would try and organise just a few things so we have even more fun for the kids than we normally do. Here are a number of things you can volunteer to do:

We'll operate an "Honesty Box" or small Fee system on the day to cover costs for anyone who incurs expenses in advance...

1. Find Raffel Prizes - Ask the companys you work for to donate prizes. Or maybe you have some half decent unwanted new gifts to donate.
2. Run the Raffel - Can you buy Raffel tickets and sell them and find a bucket or something secure to put the tickets in for the main draw?
3. Provide a Barbeque - Club will host a BBQ
4. Preparing food - Anyone to help on the BBQ most welcome
5. Can anyone purchase paper plates, cups
6. Anyone want to run a Juice Bar
7. Can you get there at 9.30 and help with the below
8. Can you bring a couple of large tables from the club house to our end of the pitch
9. Can you grab the 2 Gazeebos from the Rugby Tin Barn and get some helpers to set them up to protect us all from the hot sun that will be shining
10. Have you got beautiful hand writing and you can write out the names of the boys on all the certificates
11. Can you be on "Cone Duty" and mark out the pitches ready for the matches
12. Can you be a TAG official to make sure that all kids have 2 tags on the outside of their vests/tops
13. Will you join the coaches on a Under 6 tag tournament to win against the other ages
14. Are you first aid qualified and you know how to resusitate out of conditioned coaches that pass out after the adult tagging tournament
15. Are you in a Jazz or other band and you want to liven up the atmosphere with some tunes
16. Would you do the honour of handing out the kids medals and certificates and have your photo taken with the boys
17. Have you got a mega-phone or battery operated Amplifyer we can plug a microphone into
18. Would you dress up in one of the 3 costumes: Big Wasp, Gorilla, ScoobyDoo and wander around shaking kids hands etc
19. Would you just turn up, support and shout encourgaement to the kids and just have a thoroughly good time
20. Can you think of one more thing to do to help that we have forgotton about because 19 seems a silly number to end a list on when there could be a nice round 20.

If you can help in any of the above ways or other then send an email to roger.nash@hotmail.co.uk.
