On Sunday 31st May 2026, Wasps FC Women will have the incredible opportunity to play at the home of England Rugby as part of the RFU Injured Players Foundation Women’s Tournament Day at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham.

The event brings together six women’s rugby teams from across the country for a special day celebrating the growth, spirit and community of women’s rugby, while raising funds for an incredibly important cause.

The RFU Injured Players Foundation supports rugby players who sustain life-changing spinal cord or brain injuries while playing the game. The charity provides lifelong support to injured players and their families, while also funding vital injury prevention research to help make rugby safer for everyone on the field.

Over the past months, our Women section has been fundraising as much as possible to support the IPF through raffles, bake sales, car washes and personal sponsors. Every player taking part commits to raising funds for the charity, and we are proud to play our part in supporting the amazing work the foundation does.

For many of our players, stepping onto the pitch at Twickenham will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, made even more meaningful by the cause behind it.
