If you can't make it straightaway, make sure you're back by mid-August. There's a BBQ and registration on 19th but we hope to see you a bit before that for a few runs.

A few of the boys have gone back home or hung-up their boots over summer, so make sure that you bring your mates, even if they are new to the sport.

First match is now 7th August!!!! Sevens, that is. If you want to be considered for our sevens team in the Marie Curie Middlesex Sevens, let Liam know at training. Watch out, the colts will be putting out a strong team, so let's meet them in the final.

After that, the first big match is the Browne Cup at Kilburn on 4th September. We won that competition last year, and want to keep the trophy.
