Good to be back playing again last week, hope you all agree our hosts were great - thank you London Scottish and Richmond. And to top it off many of you got to meet Lawrence Dallaglio. Our hosts were very complimentary about our attitude and organisation, we can all be very proud.

Next week we are training at home, there will be matches for the older age group as we have Toulouse coming over. As per all visiting teams please show them courtesy and respect and help out where needed - s'il vous plait.

The focus for the session will be on match play and team work, please be there 10am sharp ready to go.
