Last week we talked about "teamwork" this week you did it - absolutely brilliant!!! Dare I say a more disciplined performance than England put together this morning against Georgia.

We will continue to work on this over the season but giant strides were made today, the ruck, maul, passing and catching on the move. As for the tackling it was strong and effective.

From next week we will be splitting into team groups which will help with teamwork, we have selected these based on the following criteria;

- Attitude & Respect
- Performance in training (tackling, passing and running straight)
- Effectiveness as a team player

and famililiarity - this is due to the fact we have many new players and we have yet to assess how they will fit into various teams. And judging by todays session competition from those who are new will be fierce.

These teams are NOT fixed, as we have a large group of players we have the luxury to move players around again based on the above criteria. We will review after the first group of matches.
