CLUB POLICY IS THAT ALL PLAYERS SHOULD BE REGISTERED WITH THE RFU. PLEASE DOWNLOAD AN ADULT REGISTRATION FORM OR A JUNIOR REGISTRATION FORM HERE. IF YOU ARE UNSURE YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR TEAM'S MANAGER. THERE ARE STRICT PENALTIES AND INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS FOR ILLEGIBLE PLAYERS.

Please note that the confirmation will contain your Wasps unique ID number and also a £10 voucher for your club shorts and socks (shop price £15)
